WeBc is proud to partner with the Northern Regional Construction Association for the Impact Women’s Luncheon on March 4.

MPACT is a luncheon‑style professional forum that brings together women, those who identify as women, and allies from construction and other traditionally underrepresented sectors across Northern British Columbia.

Designed as a space for real, grounded conversation, IMPACT focuses on honest dialogue about work, influence, and change in industries that are evolving, growing, and becoming increasingly diverse. Rather than formal training or traditional networking, the event emphasizes shared experience, practical insight, and thoughtful discussion informed by everyday workplace realities

The program features a keynote from Cathy McKay, CEO of EDI, followed by a moderated panel discussion with speakers from industry and academia.
